It seems like the Beast Mode era is coming to an end in the NFL. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Lynch has told people close to him that he plants to retire.
Teammates still attempting to change his mind, but Seahawks' RB Marshawn Lynch has told some close to him he plans to retire, per sources.

Yesterday, we learned from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport that Lynch has not spent a dime of his near 50 million dollars he’s earned in the NFL so it’s likely that Lynch just doesn’t need the money to put his body through the rigors of the NFL anymore. It still kind of sucks to see Lynch go, as a running back he was exciting to watch and off-the-field his postgame antics were hilarious.
So here’s to Beast Mode, keep being about that action, boss.
