Marshawn Lynch’s distaste for the media, or at least interviews, is no secret. His loathing is so great that he usually just skips talking to reporters altogether. However, now that the NFL has started fining him heavily for his lack of participation, Lynch is starting to comply. Somewhat. Yesterday, he talked to reporters after the Seahawks beat the Arizona Cardinals 19 -3. Lynch was asked 22 questions and used a total of 50 words to answer them all.
In terms of getting any worthwhile information out of him, it was a terrible interview. But in Lynch’s defense he A) participated, B) he used 28 more words than he needed to, and C) wore a top-drawer hat.
