Miami star QB D’Eriq King continues to take advantage of the new NIL rules in some big ways.
Starting July 1st college athletes were finally allowed to profit off their name, image and likeness when state laws and new NCAA guidelines went into effect.
On Monday The Florida Panthers announced that they signed the Hurricanes QB to become the team’s first “FLA Athlete.” The partnership between King and the Panthers is historic as it marks the first time that a professional sports franchise has partnered with an American student-athlete.
