Bart Scott caught some heat over his comments about the incident that happened on Monday night after he discussed Tee Higgins’ hit on Damar Hamlin.
Many were furious with Scott as he attempted to describe what might have happened on the field. Now, Micah Parsons shares his two cents.
The Dallas Cowboys superstar didn’t take Bart Scott’s words lightly. In fact, Parsons immediately defended Tee Higgins. Additionally, Micah Parsons essentially called for Scott’s job, as he definitely insinuated that the former NFL linebacker isn’t qualified to talk about sports on TV.

Bart Scott has caught some heat for some of his past comments on different topics. So this isn’t the first time we’ve seen Scott cause a commotion online. However, his comments about Tee Higgins were discussed after he was asked “what exactly did Tee Higgins do last night to Hamlin?” While answering that weirdly worded question, Scott shared some false information about the play, as Higgins’ head isn’t what struck Damar Hamlin, it was his shoulder.
Either way, it’s ridiculous to put any blame on Higgins. Anybody mad at him isn’t even worth talking to. He was playing football and made a move most ball carriers would make. It just so happened to lead to a freak accident. Emotions are high, and anyone upset with Bart Scott, Micah Parsons included, is valid for feeling that way.
