This year’s college basketball season just came to an end last night, but the sport’s transfer portal is already looking unbelievably strong.

On Friday, it was revealed that Hunter Dickinson would be leaving Michigan after being the star of their program for the last couple of years.

Then yesterday, Oral Roberts star Max Abmas decided to head for the transfer portal.

This year’s portal will also include Graham Ike, LJ Cryer, and Tylor Perry.

Now there is another star player that has decided to throw his name into the transfer portal mix.

Hofstra star Aaron Estrada announced on Twitter today that he would be entering the transfer portal.

Estrada has been an absolute stud for the Pride since transferring from Oregon 2 years ago.

In his first year with the team he averaged an impressive 18.5 points per game after having struggled to get playing time in his year with Oregon.

This year he got even better. During he 2022-23 season, Estrada saw his scoring average increase to 20.2 points per game and he became a 36.8% shooter from 3. He also averaged 5.5 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game while leading Hofstra to the CAA regular season title and a spot in the NIT.

Once there, he helped Hofstra secure one of the biggest upsets of the tournament when they went to The RAC and beat top-seeded Rutgers, who was seen as one of the NCAA Tournaments biggest snubs.

Estrada had 13 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals before fouling out of that big win.

He may not be as high-profile of a name as players Dickinson and Abmas, but Estrada should still get plenty of interest in the transfer portal.

There are plenty of teams out their who could use a dangerous scorer like Estrada to lead their team.

Expect to see Estrada find his 4th school pretty quickly.
