Mike Bibby never even came close to punching his ticket to the Hall of Fame during his 14 seasons in the NBA, but he’s one of those guys who will forever be etched in the minds of fans who watched him tear it up alongside Chris Webber during their time together in Sacramento.
Bibby’s physique evolved with his game over the course of his time in the league, but I feel like most people remember him as the scrawny guard who rocked an oversized jersey and shorts with his trusty headband; a signature look that perfectly sums up the essence of the era where he made his biggest mark.
However, it’s safe to say he’s come a long way since then.
Bibby swapped his sneakers for a clipboard and turned his attention to coaching his son after retiring in 2012, but as we learned a few years ago, he’s also had plenty of time to hit the gym—and he is definitely a big fan of arm day.

On Monday, the now-43-year-old Bibby returned to his old stomping grounds at the University of Arizona to watch the fourth-ranked Wildcats take on Arizona State, and it’s pretty clear he’s still churning out bicep curls at a very steady rate based on a picture that quickly made the rounds after he popped up on the broadcast.
