UFC announcer Mike Goldberg had a rough weekend in the NFL on Fox booth. In his maiden voyage, Goldberg made no less than a billion mistakes while calling the Vikings versus Lions game.
His booth partner Brendan Ayanbadejo wasn’t much better but Goldberg’s mistakes were so glaring, fans started firing shots at the veteran MMA play-by-play man on Twitter.
Goldberg fired back on Twitter. Never a good move.
Fox has already pulled Goldberg from next week’s broadcasting schedule so it looks like last weekend’s performance might be the last for a very long time.
Let’s enjoy the body of work he left us with before going back to UFC.
