Former University of Montana Grizzlies Football kicker Adam Botkin recently declared for the 2023 NFL Draft.

It’s not exactly front-page news when a college football kicker declares for the NFL Draft but Adam Botkin’s story isn’t normal. This is because in 2022 he was 4-5 on extra points and didn’t kick a single field goal.

However, Botkin has amassed 128.6K followers on TikTok and counting from his videos of kicking field goals. And there is one video in particular that made him famous, a video where he makes a 71-yard field goal.

The longest field goal in NFL history is a 66-yard FG from Baltimore’s Justin Tucker to win the game. Here’s Botkin’s latest video that’s going viral:

According to Adam Botkin’s latest viral video, the TikTok of him making a 71-yard FG earned him 13 Division 1 offers, interest from 6 NFL teams, a $1 million contract with Nike, and 100K additional YouTube subscribers.

This video from July, 2022 reveals the long path he took to the University of Montana. He was from a small town with zero recruiting opportunities. Botkin has worked through injuries and chased basketball and social media stardom. Now he’s back chasing his football dream:
