Navorro Bowman Sends Candlestick Park Out in Style With Dramatic Playoff-Sealing Pick Six

Up by three points in the final minutes, the Atlanta Falcons were deep in San Francisco 49ers' territory, poised to punch in the go-ahead score.

Then this happened.

Matt Ryan's pass to Harry Douglas took a deflection and was caught by NaVorro Bowman, who took it 64 yards for a touchdown and the game-clinching score. 

The timely bit of defense clinched a playoff berth for the 49ers and gave Candlestick Park one final memory.
