4 NFL Games To Consider Betting On For Week 14

nfl best bets picks week 14

Presented in partnership with BetMGM

This week in three of the four games we feature, both teams are looking for wins to stay in the playoff hunt. The other matchup features teams that will not be playing after December, but they still feature some really talented players on offense, making it an exciting game to watch. I could certainly use the extra money as for some reason my mom keeps calling me about a new family member to buy a gift for. Here are the best games to wager on in Week 14.

Record this season: 25-24-1

Indianapolis Colts (-2.5) vs. Las Vegas Raiders

Sunday 4:25 P.M. EST

The Colts have become one of the more well-balanced teams. The defense has been one of the best all season, their committee of runners has played well, and now Philip Rivers is beginning to come on and the passing attack has improved. The Raiders in the last couple of weeks have not played well; their offense was completely shut down by a bad Falcons defense and they were just one tanking defensive play away from giving the Jets their first win. Indianapolis is an impressive 4-1 against the spread as road favorites, they’ll take care of business this weekend.

Arizona Cardinals vs. New York Giants (+2.5)

Sunday 1:00 P.M. EST

Last week the Giants accomplished a very difficult task of going into Seattle and beating the Seahawks with a backup quarterback. The team has four straight wins and the defense has played exceptional as of late. The Cardinals are trending in the wrong direction; the team has lost four of their last five and that one win was on a last-play hail mary. The Giants have done well as underdogs with a 5-2 record against the spread this season, while the Cardinals are 2-5 as favorites. I also like the under of 44.5 as these teams have the highest under percentages this season.

Atlanta Falcons vs. Los Angeles Chargers (Over 49.5)

Sunday 4:25 P.M.

There’s no way to sugar coat it, Justin Herbert and the entire Chargers team were dreadful last week, but facing off against the Falcons is a good opportunity for a bounce back. Some weeks Atlanta can look brilliant on offense like they did against Las Vegas, but then it could look terrible like in both games against the Saints. Both of these defenses are not very good; Atlanta has allowed over 20 points in 10 of 12 games this year, while Los Angeles has done that in all 12. Two offenses while talented quarterbacks and multiple offensive weapons, I’m confident in over 50 total points this week.

Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers (Under 46.5)

Sunday 1:00 P.M.

Someone needs to send an edible arrangement to the Panthers facility because all they’ve had this week is bad news. It started with DJ Moore and Curtis Samuel being put on the COVID-19 list, and then head coach Matt Rhule said Christian McCaffery will likely miss another game after he tweaked his quadricep during practice this week. Denver is all too familiar with losing players, and that’s a big reason they haven’t been very good. I don’t see either team generating much offense.
