An NFL bettor cleaned up by wagering on the UNDERS in a low scoring Jets-Patriots contest over the weekend. The gambler placed a number of tickets to include the score total, player props, and more.

Each was placed with a potentially abysmal offensive showing in mind, and that’s exactly how things played out on the field.

The Jets won the game 17-3 with snow falling down in Foxborough. The unwelcomed weather conditions further hampered two of the league’s least productive offensive units.

The teams combined for just 20 completions, with both starting signal callers failing to reach the 100-yard mark. The top receiver in the matchup was New York’s Garrett Wilson, who tallied just 34 yards on two catches.

New England was particularly putrid, totaling just 119 yards and turning the ball over twice.

While that Jets-Patriots outing didn’t provide entertainment for most viewers, it had at least one sports bettor over the moon.

The gambler successfully hit on unders for passing yards of both quarterbacks, an adjusted under on the total points, and a receiving yard parlay.

The most incredible outcome, however, was the fact that no receiver on either team reached the 40-yard mark. Placing that wager with +9000 odds, he turned his $2.82 bet into a $250 profit (he says it would’ve been more had his sportsbook not employed a MAX limit).

In all, he quadrupled his original $147.82 risk, raking in $577.80 worth of winnings.

Hooray for bad football!
