In what is sure to be a thrilling international showcase for American football fans, two exciting NFL matchups are set to take place in Germany during the 2023 season.
According to a report from German newspaper Bild, the Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Chicago Bears, while the New Orleans Saints will face off against the New England Patriots. Both games are scheduled to take place during either Week 10 or Week 11 of the upcoming season, on either November 12th or November 19th.

The two NFL games will both be played in Frankfurt Germany, which is notable given the Chiefs’ close relationship with FC Bayern, a Munich-based soccer team. Last year, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks played a game at the Allianz Arena, which is FC Bayern’s home stadium.

Bild also revealed some information about a future matchup that is scheduled to take place in Munich during the 2024 season. According to the report, the Chiefs will take on the Carolina Panthers in that game, though it is still too early to know any more details.
