The final edition of Friday Fades is upon us. It’s been a fun year writing football plays for you guys, hopefully you guys enjoyed reading. Let’s see who we are avoiding this week, one last time.

QB Aaron Rodgers GB $6100
To me, the 49ers look headed to the Super Bowl. They are clicking on all cylinders, and their defense is just bada$$. Back in week 12, they destroyed the Packers 37-8. While I expect this to be a bit more competitive, I don’t have the Packers winning this game. I’ll avoid Rodgers as the second highest priced QB this week.

RB Tevin Coleman SF $5700
As noted yesterday, Shanahan is big on going by feel and the hot hand approach at running back. Coleman had a big week last week, but that can easily switch at any given time. I prefer to take my shots in the SF backfield with Mostert, while the field will probably flock over to Coleman and his big game from last week.

WR Corey Davis TEN $4000
It’s a nice price for Davis, but he’s really just not seeing the looks that we need lately. He bailed owners out last week with a touchdown on his only catch. It’s hard to see him paying off with such a low volume. I’ll take higher upside around the same price with Mecole Hardman.

Good luck this week! Enjoy the Conference Championships!
