NFL Star Arrested For Hit And Run; Allegedly Struck Woman In The Face

NFL star pass-rusher Robert Quinn finds himself facing legal woes following an alleged hit and run incident, according to WCIV ABC4 News.

The incident, which unfolded in South Carolina, led to Quinn’s arrest on Friday.

Quinn’s most recent appearance on the field was in Super Bowl 57 in February, where he played for the Eagles in a showdown against the Chiefs.

According to the information provided by WCIV ABC4 News, Quinn allegedly, was involved in a hit and run incident that resulted in his truck leaving the road and colliding with multiple vehicles.

The report claims Quinn struck a woman in the face after she confronted him about the accident and he reportedly fled the scene on foot after colliding with yet another vehicle.

As the legal proceedings unfold, the 33-year-old athlete now faces a series of charges related to the incident.

The charges include one count of third-degree assault and battery, four counts of hit and run involving unattended vehicles, one count of hit and run involving an attended vehicle, and an additional count of failing to report striking fixtures adjacent to the highway.

Currently without a team, Quinn stands as a free agent with a strong career behind him.

Quinn’s played for the Rams, Dolphins, Bears, and Cowboys in his career after entering the league as the 14th overall pick in the 2011 Draft by the Rams.

Throughout his time on the field, Quinn has earned 2 All-Pro selections and was a 3-time Pro-Bowler, recording over 100 career sacks.
