I’m not entirely sure which law this guy is breaking, but what he did is beyond the pale. Lock him up and throw away the key. Send him to a random stage of Dante’s Hell. No punishment is too severe.
The troubling part of his pick-and-wipe is there’s no way it’s the first time he’s done something like this — it’s just the first time a television camera caught him doing it.
Eternal shame on this fella.
