New York quarterback Aaron Rodgers is apparently in the mix to run as Robert Kennedy’s VP. The news shocked most around the NFL, but one profound Packers fan wasn’t surprised in the least.

In fact, he predicted it to happen after the passer was traded from Green Bay – and it’s resulted in the best possible online reaction 11 months after that initial tweet.

Kyle Fellows is the fan, with the online handle @Packer_Pundit, and he hit the nail on the head with his premonition.

“Jets fans gonna be big mad when Rodgers doesn’t play in 2024 so he can be Robert Kennedy’s running mate,” he posted on April 25, 2023, one day after the passer was traded from the Packers to the Jets.

Followers couldn’t believe it.

“So, who’s our future QB then?” one Jets supporter asked, assuming Aaron Rodgers won’t be able to play during his VP run.

“What are tomorrow’s lottery numbers?!” another reply read. Can Kyle see the future??

“This is insane. Call of the century,” this response said.

Even those in the national media took note, with senior NFL reporter Charles Robinson saying, “Dude hit one from the logo.”

Aaron Rodgers hasn’t been chosen as VP… yet.

Though he’s firmly in the conversation.

The New York Times reports that Robert Kennedy is down to Rodgers and former pro wrestler/governor Jesse Ventura, but a decision hasn’t been made. In fact, it’s not been publicly revealed if either has received an official offer to this point, though both are reportedly open to the opportunity.

If Rodgers is the guy, it would make for an interesting fall given his full-time role as the Jets starting passer. According to @Packers_Pundit, he’ll choose the Vice Presidency over professional football!
