Paddy Pimblett had some choice words for Jared Gordon recently, as the rising UFC star called for a rematch from a hospital bed.

However, Gordon didn’t back down and sent a message himself by putting Pimblett in his place.

Here’s what the popular British fighter had to say about Jared Gordon, per MMA Orbit.

A ton of UFC fans called out Paddy Pimblett themselves, as his fight against Gordon ended with a controversial win.

With that in mind, Jared Gordon may have gotten the best out of this exchange with Pimblett.

So, as it turns out, neither of these guys was at their best during their brawl.

Even so, many believed Gordon got robbed on the cards in that fight. Although he looked like the better fighter throughout, the judges scored it in Pimblett’s favor.

Additionally, it’s a bit weird to see the guy who technically got the win calling for a rematch. So, Gordon might just have a point in his message to Paddy Pimblett.

For now, a rematch is not in the works, but that can quickly change. Pimblett is still recovering from his injury, so he likely isn’t available for several months.

Until then, Jared Gordon is set to face off against Bobby Green on April 22.
