Paige Bueckers said she'd like to trade lives with Tom Holland for the day
Dallas Wings star Paige Bueckers is going viral for the answer she gave when asked which celebrity she’d like to trade places with for a day.
During a recent interview, the Dallas Wings All-Star guard and reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year was asked which celebrity she’d like to trade lives with for the day and named Tom Holland, star of Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
While Bueckers’ response initially confused the Overtime interviewer, the reasoning behind her answer eventually clicked. It’s that unspoken reason — that Bueckers would want to be Holland so she could be with Zendaya for the day — that’s making the video go viral on social media.

Speaking of Bueckers’ romantic interests, she’s spent the season playing with her girlfriend Azzi Fudd, whom the Wings drafted out of UConn with the first overall pick in this year’s WNBA Draft. Fudd’s WNBA career has gotten off to a solid start thus far, as she’s averaging 13.5 points, 1.9 assits and 1.8 rebounds per game.
Given the pair’s relationship, the Wings’ drafting Fudd #1 overall was a divisive selection at the time and has become even more scrutinized with the performance of fellow rookie Olivia Miles, who was selected right after Fudd and is averaging 19.5 points, 6 assists and 4.8 rebounds per game.
Bueckers, 24 years old, is lighting up the WNBA in her second season in the league after being drafted first overall out of UConn in the 2025 WNBA Draft, as she was named to her second All-Star game and is averaging 20.7 points, 6.2 assists and 4.2 rebounds per game.
