Popular golf influencer Paige Spiranac is no newbie when it comes to getting people’s attention.

Between her Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Twitter accounts, she has managed to accrue millions of followers with her unique golf-related photos and videos.

So when she tells her followers that she’s got something special on the way her fans’ ears tend to perk up.

“You guys know I would never steer you in the wrong direction,” Spiranac said on her Instagram story on Monday. “And I think you should go follow Sports Illustrated Swimsuit something legendary is about to happen.”

Spiranac, who was named Maxim magazine’s Sexiest Woman Alive in 2022, was featured in the 2018 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and even appeared on that year’s cover.

Coincidentally, Sports Illustrated will be celebrating the 60th anniversary of its swimsuit issue in 2024 and they have already hinted at what some of the special legendary things that will be happening in that issue.

Spiranac, along with a plethora of other former Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue models including Kate Upton, Paulina Porizkova, Tyra Banks, Christie Brinkley, Hailey Clauson, Martha Stewart, Molly Dickson, Leyna Bloom, Camille Kostek, Lily Aldridge, Danielle Herrington, Jasmine Sanders, Molly Sims, Megan Rapinoe and Sue Bird, visited the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on Tuesday.

“Over two dozen brand stars are gearing up to participate in a legendary photo shoot over the next few days that will be unveiled with the release of the 2024 SI Swimsuit Issue in May,” Sports Illustrated wrote in a press release.

Sports Illustrated shared some behind-the-scenes photos from the gathering on the swimsuit issue’s Instagram account this week.

Whether any of this means that Paige Spiranac will actually be appearing in the 2024 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue remains to be seen. If not, we will always still have 2018.
