This person should be put into eternal quarantine.
Plus, wouldn’t it take more beers to do this as a joke than it would take to actually pass out in such a compromising position?
Whatever the situation is, I hope this fella enjoys his 15 minutes before he succumbs to the multiple deadly diseases he surely contracted.
