Patrick Reed may not be a fan favorite here in the United States. The America golfer has had verbal altercations with fans multiple times in his career, and he just isn’t that popular of a player relative to his ability.
But, that didn’t stop LIV Golf fans at the LIV Tour Adelaide event in Australia from showering Patrick Reed with water bottles after Reed made a hole-in-one at the famed “Watering Hole” at the Grange Golf Club Friday morning in Australia.
Reed stepped up to the tee at the Par-3 12th hole at Grange Golf Club, and this happened. Take a look.

First off, that looks awesome. It’s similar to the Par-3 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale that is quite the party atmosphere every February.
This reaction has happened before. Chase Koepka, brother of Brooks, did it in 2023.

But, I feel as if someone is going to forget to take the lid off of their water bottle, throw it, and hit a golfer or someone else in the head. In fact, it’s pretty lucky that this hasn’t happened yet. Thankfully, Patrick Reed was unscathed, and he now has a memory forever.
