Peyton Manning was in New York City yesterday. He tossed footballs to into open cab windows. He signed a few autographs. And he appeared on the Late Show.
The Denver Broncos quarterback discussed his propensity to scream OMAHA and his displeasure that all of his pre-play audibles are captured by microphones.
Manning has a plan to change all that, though, and it includes a full-on character assassination of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. It’s risky, but just crazy enough to work.
Letterman also authored a pretty solid dig on New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, which is always enjoyable.
