7-Foot, 340lb College Hoops Recruit Throws Ball At Opponent During Most Disrespectful Block Ever

Peyton Marshall, a four-star prospect in the college basketball recruiting Class of 2024, committed to Missouri back in August. He stands 7-foot-0, 340 pounds. Big dude!!

Marshall was responsible for the most disrespectful block of all-time on Friday night. It was an ice cold move from a talented player who competes for the Cold Hearts of the Overtime Elite league.

Daquan Davis, a four-star college hoops recruit in his own right, drove to the basket during the third quarter. Marshall was there waiting for him and it did not end well.

The massive 18-year-old didn’t just swat Davis’ layup away. He snuffed him out and slapped the ball straight down at a 270-degree angle. It was violent.

If that wasn’t brutal enough, Marshall took things to the next level after securing the rebound. Davis fell to the floor after his attempt and laid on the court just beyond the baseline.

The full-grown man who blocked his shot could pushed the ball on offense, but he chose to turn back around and lobbed the ball right back at his opponent. Davis caught the ball while laying out of bounds.

There has never been a more disrespectful block sequence in basketball history. Marshall, who will head to Columbia to join the Tigers next season, established himself as an absolute monster.

Davis will have nightmares of the behemoth center’s vicious swat for the rest of his life. He might need to retire from the game all together. I’m not entirely sure that there is any way to come back from such a demoralizing, deflating viral moment. If opposing college fanbases are smart, they will never let him forget the time where Marshall left him lying on the floor with the ball in his hand after being blocked into oblivion. So brutal. So disrespectful. Truly amazing.
