The pay-per-view match between Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson is a week away and Tiger has already started talking shit. Appearing on TNT’s Inside the NBA, Woods was asked by Ernie Johnson whether he thinks he can get in Mickelson’s head to secure the $9 million purse, to which Woods responded without missing a beat: “I’ve been in Phil’s head for 20-some-odd years.”
The two iconic golfers will be mic-ed up during the round and will play a series of side bets along the 18 holes to add some juice to the event. The
