Huge Win for Selfies: Purdue to Put Student Photos on Helmets

Purdue football is not a powerhouse program so they have to try new and exciting methods to keep fans interested. That’s how things like Social Media Night happen.

The Boilermakers announced that students who buy a VIP card will have the opportunity to submit a photo to appear on the helmet’s “P” during the Sept. 27 game against Iowa. Consider it a very cheesy way to say you got on the field for a college football game.

The team in charge of going through the user-generated photos should go ahead and plan on sifting through some wildly inappropriate images. I would say 18 percent of all college-related attachments are dick pics. It would be an absolute shame if one of those slipped by the goalie.
