Raiders cornerback Jack Jones is the Grinch for the Chiefs on Christmas.
Ahead of the big Christmas Day game between the Chiefs and the Raiders, Jones told the media he wasn’t worried about the Chiefs because he felt they could stop Patrick Mahomes.
“We’re not worried about them,” Jones told the media. “It’s Patrick Mahomes we’ve got to stop. You stop the magician, then the act is over.”
It seems the Raiders’ plan was working through the first half, considering they held the Chiefs to -18 yards in the first quarter.
In the second quarter, Jones was able to get a pick-six interception off Mahomes.
After running the ball into the endzone, Jones acted like he was going to give the ball to a young Chiefs fan before pulling it away at the last minute.
