People Are Throwing A Rally Of Support For Urban Meyer At Ohio Stadium Right Now And The Signs Will Make You Cringe

Last week Ohio State football coach Urban Meyer was placed on administrative leave after it was alleged he did nothing after discovering one of his coaches was accused of domestic abuse. A LOT has transpired since then, with some players claiming that Meyer “allowed players to choke each other.” Late last week he issued an official statement in response to the accusations, saying he believes he followed the proper protocol when the Smith situation was brought to his attention.

A few vocal voices in Buckeye nation aren’t backing down in support of Urban Meyer. Tonight, at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, a few Bucks fans showed up with signs displaying their support.

It’s a pretty cringe-y display, with the most LOL part of the whole thing being the conspiracy theory that the accusations against Meyer were “a Michigan plot.”

There’s also a guy in the crowd alleging that the story — which was broken by ESPN – is “fake news” out of network favoritism for the SEC.

That’s just bonkers.
