Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith has a message ahead of his game against the Browns in Cleveland.

Smith didn’t hold back, saying, the team is “Going over to beat their tails in front of their wife and kids.”

The Browns and Ravens have played 48 times in NFL history with the Ravens winning 35 of them, so Cleveland have certainly struggled to hold up their end of their divisional rivalry.

As the Browns head into Week 4, they want to change the narrative about their franchise.

The team is 2-1 this season behind a dominate defense, and could’ve easily been 3-0 if the offense didn’t give up a couple of defensive touchdowns to the Steelers on Week 2.

Smith’s comments are a bit more tempered when you watch the full video, as he’s basically speaking in general about what happens when a team plays another one but he did use the Browns this week to make his point.

Nevertheless, this one-liner from Smith will probably grab the attention of Cleveland players, who could use it as motivation.

Browns fans are unlikely to enjoy those comments, especially coming from the Ravens – same team who took their franchise in the 90s.

Cleveland will continue to hear these kinds of remarks until they can transform themselves into a more formidable and consistent franchise.
