There was a scary moment in today’s game between the Redskins and 49ers when Pierre Garcon trucked Montae Nicholson leaving the Redskins safety twitching and shaking on the field.
Nicholson was evaluated on the sideline and was somehow allowed to return to the game.
Montae Nicholson was evaluated for a potential concussion and a shoulder injury, has been cleared of a concussion and has returned to game.

Montae Nicholson, who was down on the field injured for nearly five minutes in first half, has returned to the game.

I’m not a doctor but the optics of allowing Nicholson to come back and play after involuntarily twitching on the field is probably not good.
