In the second quarter, defensive end Colin Simmons stopped a play in the backfield.
After the big tackle, Simmons pretended to pee on his opponent.

Simmons was penalized for “simulating using the restroom.”
Both Kirk Herbstreit and Chris Fowler slammed Simmons for the penalty.
