WWE legend Ric Flair was rushed to the hospital on Friday.

Earlier in the day, Flair posted on social media that he couldn’t travel to a conference in Seattle because he was dealing with blood clots in his legs.

“I Want To Sincerely Apologize To My Agent, Steve Solomon, Washington State Horror Con @wahorrorcon@bigeventny ,And Especially All My Fans In Seattle For Having To Cancel My Scheduled Appearance Unfortunately, I Am Dealing With A Blood Clot In My Leg, And My Doctors Have Limited My Travel To 3–4 Hours. Seattle Falls Outside That Range, And As Disappointed As I Am, I Have To Put My Health And Recovery First.”

Hours after his post, Flair suffered a bizarre medical incident that left him hospitalized.

According to TMZ, Flair fell on his face after leaving a Florida bar, and is feared to have a concussion among other injuries.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Ric was hanging at Wagamama in Tampa this morning when he got up from the bar, leaving his phone and drink behind and walking across the street.

While outside, our sources say Ric suddenly fell and injured his face. A photo TMZ has obtained shows emergency medical personnel gathered around Ric.

We’re told Ric cut his head and eye open during the fall … and his eye was bleeding extensively. He may also have a concussion.

He was ultimately loaded into an ambulance and taken to the hospital.

It’s unclear whether Flair’s blood clots contributed to his fall.
