The District of Columbia loves itself mayors who hit from the pipe. As you all know, former mayor and current city councilman Marion Barry was caught smoking crack while running D.C. (It's a great shame that didn't happen in the internet age, because “Bitch set me up,” tops “One of my drunken stupors.”)
Why is Mr. Ford going to Washington? Well, this being Ford, there is a completely nonsensical reason. He will be doing football picks on the radio. Yes, every Thursday, Mayor Rob Ford, a noted Fred Jackson fan, will join The Sports Junkies to give his take on the NFL week's games.
Hopefully his sports knowledge is more up-to-date than his tie collection.
