Over the course of his NFL career, Rob Gronkowski did a whole lot of winning.

For most of his career, he was part of a New England Patriots dynasty that spanned nearly 2 decades.

During Cronk’s time with the team, the Patriots won 113 regular season games and 3 Super Bowls.

After retiring for a year back in 2019, Gronk decided to return to the league in 2020, but left the Patriots.

However, he didn’t leave Tom Brady. He went with Brady to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and continued to rack up wins. In 2 seasons with the Bucs, he added 24 more regular season wins and another Super Bowl ring.

All of that success gave Gronk plenty to celebrate over the course of his career.

Today he made an appearance on the “Up and Adams” podcast and revealed how he used to celebrate that success during his time in the NFL.

Gronk said that it mostly involved drinking as many beers as possible, but also included taking a bunch of free food after the game to scarf and the ritual changed a bit as he got older.

According to Gronk, ripping beers turned into going home and doing treatments on his body as he got later on into his career.

It would be interesting to hear the thoughts of Tom Brady and Bill Belichick on Cronk’s post-win habits early in his career.

The care Brady has taken of his body over the years to be able to continue playing into his 40s is well know among fans.

Meanwhile Belichick is notorious for his no-nonsense approach to the game and even tried to start a “no days off” chant at a Super Bowl parade after the Patriots won one of their rings.

Luckily it doesn’t seem that Rob Gronkowski’s affinity for post-game beer had too much of a negative impact on his ability to perform in the NFL as he was one of the league’s most dominant tight ends ever at his peak.
