The Denver Broncos and new quarterback Russell Wilson have the highest of expectations for next season. Russ wouldn’t have left Seattle if he wasn’t 100% committed to winning a Super Bowl next season and likewise, the Broncos wouldn’t have traded away a ton of assets. Based on history in the NFL, it’s unclear if the trade will pay off but only time will tell.
When the Russell Willson trade was announced, the Denver Broncos Super Bowl odds jumped from 44/1 on March 2nd to 12/1 after the trade. And if Danger Russ reportedly gets his way, those Super Bowl odds will improve even further as he’s been rumored to be recruiting one of his former teammates to come play in Denver.
The player in question Bobby Wagner who played with Russell Wilson for 10 season in Seattle with the Seahawks. They’ve been friends and teammates for a decade and the Seahawks recently released Wagner WITHOUT EVEN TELLING HIM, according to Bobby. Here’s the latest report on a potential reunion between the 8-time Pro Bowl linebacker and Russell Wilson…
Report: Russell Wilson Working Behind The Scenes To Recruit A Huge Asset To Denver
Russell Wilson isn't officially a Bronco yet, but he's doing his best to improve the roster — by recruiting Bobby Wagner to play with him in Denver, per sources.
Former teammates that played 10 years together in Seattle could reunite, though Wagner has an expansive market.

What Can The Denver Broncos Even Afford?
According to Sportrac, the Denver Broncos rank 8th in the NFL with available cap space and currently have $23,507,699 to spend before hitting the cap this off-season.
Prior to being released by the Seattle Seahawks, Bobby Wagner was earning an average of $18 million/year over the past three seasons in a contract worth $40,250,000. He’s not going to come cheap but if Tom Brady’s arrival in Tampa Bay is any indication, Russell Wilson is probably helping make some personnel decisions in Denver.
