Pat Sajak’s 31-year-old daughter Maggie revealed this week that she is now dating 28-year-old Savannah Bananas infielder Jackson Olson. The former Wheel of Fortune host’s daughter, who also works on the show, made the announcement with a photo of the two of them together at Disneyland.
The caption on the photo reads, “Applications closed.” The reason for that is because Olson told his fans on TikTok in December, “As some of you know, I’ve been single for over 5 years. So here is my official 2026 boyfriend application.” In the video, he shared a list of reasons to date him and even promised a trip to Disneyland. Mission accomplished, apparently.
The list of qualities he shared in his TikTok boyfriend application included his love of Disney; his familiarity with Taylor Swift songs; his unhealthy diet, which includes Raising Cane’s; his favorite bar, Epcot; and the fact that, at age 28, he still builds Lego sets.
“When you can finally listen to love songs and not get annoyed immediately” was the caption on a more recent TikTok post that Olson shared after the relationship reveal.
Who are Jackson Olson and Maggie Sajak?
Jackson Olson, who hails from Connecticut, joined the Savannah Bananas in 2022. Prior to that, he played college baseball at Stetson University and the University of Hartford.
Maggie Sajak works as the on-air social media correspondent for Wheel of Fortune, a job she has held since 2021. In 2020, while her dad Pat Sajak was undergoing surgery, she took over Vanna White’s job as letter-turner while White handled Sajak’s duties. She also got to turn the famous letters in 2023 when Vanna White was a player on an edition of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
The new relationship is Maggie’s first since her split from Scottish actor Ross McCall, who was 19 years older than her.
