Shakira And Lewis Hamilton Confirmed To Be Dating: ‘It’s Fun And Flirty’

In news that is sure to make Tom Cruise even more down bad, it has now been confirmed that the rumors about Shakira and Lewis Hamilton dating are actually true.

After friend-zoning the Mission Impossible actor at the Miami F1 Grand Prix back in May, Shakira enjoyed a dinner with the seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton at Cipriani in Miami after the race.

Further fueling speculation that there was something going on between the two, Shakira was also spotted being picked up by Hamilton in his $230,000 boat at her $20 million waterfront Miami mansion.

Fast forward a few weeks and there was the 46-year-old singer once again attending a F1 race, this time in Barcelona, Spain. Coincidentally, Hamilton matched his best finish of the year at the event.

Then, following the F1 race at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Shakira and Hamilton were once again spotted going out to dinner together. Later that night they were seen together out at a club in Barcelona.

All of that plus Hamilton previously saying that he needed “to find myself a Latina” led to many fans being convinced that the world had a new power couple of their hands.

Now, it turns out, all of those fans appear to be right as People magazine reports that the singer and the 38-year-old F1 legend are actually an item.

“They’re spending time together and in the ‘getting to know you’ stage,” said a source who knows both Shakira and Hamilton. “It’s fun and flirty.”

As usual, neither Shakira nor Hamilton or their reps responded to the report. However, the fact that Shakira’s reps were very quick to refute the Tom Cruise rumors, yet are saying nothing in this case, certainly only serves to reinforce beliefs that this new report is true.

Shakira is now single after announcing her separation from the soccer star Gerard Pique in June 2022. Hamilton has never been married.

It will be interesting to see if she makes her way to the upcoming F1 Canadian Grand Prix at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve on June 18th. And if she does, Twitter might not be able to function due to all of the people shipping this romance.
