Shannon Sharpe Calls Draymond Green A ‘B*tch’ For Recruiting Kevin Durant

Last week, Draymond Green revealed that he called Kevin Durant and tried to recruit the Oklahoma City star after the Warriors game 7 loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“Green was already working on that as he left Oracle Arena after that gutting Game 7 loss. Green sat in his car in the parking lot and called Myers (the Warriors GM), telling him he had to sign Durant. “It’s on you,” Green told Myers.

Green hung up, stayed in the parking lot, and made another call — to Durant. “That was my very next call,” Green said. Two weeks later, Durant signed a maximum contract that put him in a Golden State uniform for at least one season, with several more seasons likely to come.

“If we win the championship, I’m like 99 percent sure we don’t get him,” Green said. “There are silver linings to everything.”

This didn’t sit well with FS1 host and Hall of Fame NFL tight end Shannon Sharpe who had some pointed words for Draymond for talking trash to LeBron but running and calling Durant when he couldn’t beat the Cavs star.

Think about this, you lose a game. You don’t call your mom, you don’t call your best friend. You reach out to a current player in the NBA and you tell him to come join me because they got a monster in Cleveland and we can’t control. He got too big. You was pounding and bumping getting face to face with LeBron and calling him a B, now who the real B if you gonna get on the phone and call somebody to come join home.
