Colorado may have shocked the college basketball world when they dominated the reigning champion LSU Tigers Monday night, but Shaq and Candace Parker shocked the Buffs when they visited the Buffs in the locker room after their big win.

Shaquille O’Neal, one of the greatest athletes ever to come out of LSU, was in attendance at T-Mobile Arena to show support for his alma mater.

Parker, who has worked with Shaq on numerous occasions during her stint with NBA on TNT, was in town because she is a member of the 2023 WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces.

After the game, Parker and Shaq, showing tremendous class, visited the Colorado locker room after their win to offer their congratulations.

Immediately upon entering the locker room, Shaq pointed at Buffs center Aaronette Vonleh who dropped 24 points on Angel Reese and the Tigers.

Colorado’s players were absolutely stoked.

Shaq then motioned for Vonleh to come over to him so he could dap her up and tell her what a great job she and her team did Monday night.

It appeared in the video that the ladies were so stunned by Shaq’s appearance that they didn’t realize he had Parker in tow until she stepped forward to offer her own congratulations.

Parker singled out Jaylyn Sherrod, who scored 19 points and led the Buffs with 8 rebounds 6 assists and 3 steals. Frida Formann led all players with 27 points on 9-14 shooting with 7 three-pointers.

“I hope to see you, listen, the goal, I hope to see you at the Final Four,” Parker told Colorado head coach J.R. Payne before leaving.

Pretty cool moment for those women, who definitely earned it Monday night.

Colorado next plays the Le Moyne College Dolphins on Wednesday at home, while LSU’s next game will be on Thursday against the Queens University of Charlotte Royals. Prior to that game, the LSU Tigers will receive its national championship rings and raise its national championship banner.
