Shedeur Sanders wouldn’t let Colorado State slide despite a close win.
Earlier this week, Colorado State head coach Jay Norvell took a shot at Colorado Buffs head coach Deion Sanders use of sunglasses.
“When I talk to grown-ups, I take my hat off and my glasses off,”
For the past week, Sanders had used Norvell’s comments as bulletin board material.
On Saturday, the Buffs came back from down 11 points in the fourth quarter to pull a comeback win thanks to the late heroics of Shedeur Sanders.
Shedeur Sanders just led Colorado 98 yards down the field in 1:30. And he hit the 2-point conversion.
This dude’s poise is unreal. Pocket awareness and composure in the clutch is showing up big time tonight. #NFLDraft pic.twitter.com/p7skU2W7Kx

After the game, he says he couldn’t live himself if he lost to Colorado St. after they were “disrespecting pops.”

Shedeur said that the Colorado left too much time on the clock, and he had to “Brady mode” on them.
