University of Colorado signal caller Shedeur Sanders is looking ahead to the next phase of his football career. After wrapping up his second season in Boulder, he eyes the NFL.
The passer is expected to be a first-round draft pick this April, with the possibility of going No. 1 overall. He might already have a team in mind given recent Madden tendencies.
Sanders is one of two quarterbacks battling for the top spot. Teammate Travis Hunter is in the mix, too. The Titans own that first selection. They could go a number of different routes.
Tennessee could take the most talented player on the board, regardless of position. They could make a splash with Ward or Sanders. They could trade back.
After that, we’ll see QB-needy teams like the Browns, Giants, and Jets. Shedeur Sanders shouldn’t fall out of the Top 10. He feels confident in that.

This week, the quarterback was spotted enjoying some downtime before kicking off the NFL Draft process. He spoke on one of his favorite ways to pass time – playing Madden.
He also unveiled his favorite team to play with in the video game. They just so happen to hold a high draft pick. Some believe it’s a hint into his professional future. Does Sanders know something the public doesn’t?
For those keeping track:

Shedeur Sanders prefers to use the Cleveland Browns. The franchise owns the No. 2 pick in the upcoming selection event. Could it be a match made in heaven? Time will tell.
At the moment, some have the Browns making a run at the QB. Others believe they’ll take a player like Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter.
Cleveland has a decision to make under center. The marriage with Deshaun Watson has largely failed to this point, and with superstar Myles Garrett expressing his desire to leave, it could be the perfect time for a rebuild.
Sanders would have the opportunity to become the face of the franchise upon stepping foot in the building. We’ll soon see if he’s Ohio-bound or if he’ll have to wait a few picks longer to hear his name called.
