A Shirtless 62-Year-Old Coach Ed Orgeron Reveals Himself To Be Surprisingly Jacked

Former LSU Football head coach Ed Orgeron revealed himself to be surprisingly jacked at 62-years-old. This revelation came when a shirtless Coach O was jogging in a pair of Rhoback shorts on TikTok and that video has since gone viral after being shared by Bunkie Perkins.

Coach Ed Orgeron has been living it up since receiving a $17.1 million buyout from LSU in 2021 just two years removed winning a National Championship with the Tigers in 2019 with Joe Burrow. Orgeron’s story about the buyout is the stuff of legend. He tells it as “they said, ‘Coach, you’ve got $17.1 million on your contract. We’re gonna give it to you.’ I said, ‘What time do you want me to leave and what door do you want me out of, brother?'”

Now Coach O is stacking earnings on top of that buyout by getting that Rhoback money. He’s appeared in several videos for the athletic apparel brand recently including one where he is running shirtless in a pair of Rhoback shorts. Coach Ed Orgeron is surprisingly jacked for a 62-year-old man:

While nobody is denying that he’s a jacked dude, the reception of the video is mixed. Bunkie Perkins, who posted the video, joked that it hit his feed because he had “an urge to buy a leather couch.”

Another person joked that 62-year-old Ed Orgeron is “Built like a teenage mutant ninja turtle.”

Decades before winning a National Championship as LSU’s coach, Ed Orgeron played for LSU and Northwestern State as a defensive lineman. He was always on the defensive side of the ball when coaching.

It really shouldn’t come as a surprise that he’s jacked even at 62-years-old. Ed Orgeron has the build of a collegiate athlete and has spent his life around other athletes. Never the less, looking through the comments it’s easy to see folks are pretty surprised.
