The lucky fan who caught Shohei Ohtani’s first home run ball for the Dodgers might want to improve her negotiating skills.

On Wednesday night, Ohtani homered for the first time in a Dodgers uniform in the team’s game against the Giants.

After the game, Ohtani spoke about being relieved with finally getting his first home run out of the way.

“Honestly, very relieved that I was able to hit my first homer, “It’s been a while, and honestly my swing hasn’t been great, so, overall, very relieved.”

As for the ball, a Dodgers fan was able to come up with the ball that was drilled 430 feet into the stands.

According to Ohtani, he was able to exchange two caps, another game-used ball, and a bat for the ball.

Just recently, a signed Ohtani foul ball sold for $15k, so it seems like this Dodgers fan got ansolutely fleeced by Ohtani.
