Skip Bayless reacted to the Rams’ Super Bowl win over the Bengals as only Skip Bayless could.

Instead of watching the Rams celebrate on their home field with teammates, friends, and family, Bayless zeroed in on Los Angeles head coach Sean McVay and how he carried himself during postgame festivities.

Bayless jumped on Twitter, literally just seconds after the win, and called McVay an “egomaniac.” The FS1 host didn’t appreciate McVay being on camera as much as he was and thought he was “upstaging” his players.

Bayless is acting like McVay was jumping into every interview like some toddler just looking for some facetime on camera. He’s said a lot of wild stuff over the years, but to complain about the Super Bowl-winning coach being shown on television is one of the most bizarre things Bayless has ever done.

It’s also extremely rich to see Bayless calling another human being an “egomaniac” when he recently admitted that he told his wife on their first date she’d always come second to his career.

On our first date, as she will attest, I said ‘hey, if this happens to go anywhere, I’m sorry but I’m declaring myself upfront, you’ll always be No. 2 to my job, which is my life,'” Bayless explained.

Bayless is paid very handsomely to tweet and say things that make absolutely no sense whatsoever, and his tangent after the Super Bowl is just the latest example of that.
