Stephanie Niles recently moved to Florida with her fiancé, Jake Browning. The eighth-year NFL quarterback signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the offseason.
His soon-to-be wife is perhaps best known for her custom game day outfits but she is constantly evolving as a content creator.
With the new NFL season officially underway, Browning is back to work. That leaves Niles to handle the day-to-day responsibilities on her own while also trying to make new friends in a new city, continue to build her brand and write a short story.
Who is Stephanie Niles?
Niles, who was actually born in Hong Kong, grew up in the Seattle suburb of Hunts Point. She ultimately decided to stay in her home city for college, attended the University of Washington, and graduated from the school in 2018 with bachelors degrees in accounting and information systems.
Browning, a former four-star prospect in the college football recruiting Class of 2015, committed to play at Washington over offers from Alabama, Oklahoma State, and Utah, among others. He started every game for the Huskies from 2015-2018 and led them to three-straight seasons with 10 or more wins as the winningest quarterback in Pac-12 history.
Browning and Niles started dating in 2018. Well, they actually started out as “Friends With Benefits” before that point. She jokingly called tequila as “the foundation” of their relationship.
The University of Washington students initially agreed not to date because the logistics of his professional football career were going to be too complicated. But they did not keep their promise.
And then, when they finally did start dating, they agreed to break up when Browning moved to New York City in 2018. They did not keep that promise either! They have moved all over the country together over the last eight years. She does not miss one of his games.
Jake Browning eventually proposed to Stephanie Niles in 2024. The NFL power couple is currently in the middle of their wedding planning.
You might remember Niles from her jumpsuit at a Bengals game in 2024.

Her brand changed forever in that moment. She called it the “craziest six months” of her life. Since then, her tag line “okay guys, here’s the fiiiiiiiiiiiiit!!!” has become a crucial part of NFL Sundays.
Niles always goes all out on game day!
She boasts more than 80,000 followers on social media and has had multiple partnerships with companies like Kayali and Charlotte Tillbury.
Although Niles is successful in her own right, as the co-founder of the luxury sustainable swimwear label 7th Street Swim, she jokes that she is best known as “Jake Browning’s Girlfriend.” Now fiancée…
A ‘Day In The Life’ of an NFL WAG.
Stephanie Niles refers to herself as an NFL WAG, which stands for ‘Wives and Girlfriends.’ She actually discovered that NBA WAGs might actually have the better gig, but they don’t know how to throw tailgate!
Nevertheless, Niles is stuck with football! She loves it.
However, Jake Browning recently signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers so she is having to start from scratch in terms of her daily routine. That also includes making friends.
And to make matters worse, her fiancé recently went back to work so she is back to rolling solo.
The Bucs started their offseason workout program prior to the NFL Draft. Attendance is not required but their newest quarterback made sure to be there as he works to gain trust in the locker room and learns a new system.
Niles documented a day in her life while Browning was at practice. She had to drop him off at the facility before she could get to her own to-do list because their second car has not yet arrived to Tampa.
I am sure Browning appreciated the update from his fiancée. I know that I am often too tired after a long day at work to get into the minute-by-minute recap of my wife’s day without me, so a 90-second video would streamline that process. Especially when it is clipped all fancy for TikTok. Niles stays crushing it.
