Stephen A. Smith Fires Back At Jemele Hill For Calling Him Out About His Role In Colin Kaepernick Workout

A month after Colin Kaepernick’s workout, Stephen A. Smith is now taking credit for helping out the controversial QB get a tryout with the league.

🚨 Stephen A. Smith says he and Jay-Z/Roc Nation were behind scenes getting @Kaepernick7 the NFL workout.

Smith says half the NFL owners were against it.

Smith’s former ESPN colleague Jemele Hill didn’t think Stephen A. should be inserting himself in the Kaepernick situation by helping him behind the scenes to get a workout.

Stephen A. wasn’t happy with Jemele calling him out on Twitter and immediately fired back.

Jemele eventually backed off and said she would talk to Smith privately about the issue.
