Steve Kerr was noticeably subdued in the moments following Golden State winning the championship. Perhaps some of that has to do with the fact the first-year coach inherited a stacked roster and the man he replaced, Mark Jackson, was calling the game for ABC.
But when Kerr finally allowed himself to enjoy the title, he went all out.
See. That’s how you do it. Goggles are for wimps. So too is caring about the damage being done to a finely-tailored dress shirt.
It makes sense that Kerr looks like an old pro when it comes to the ol’ champagne show. All that guy does is win (bail out Michael Jordan).
