The NCAA Tournament play-in game between 16 seeds Texas A&M – Corpus Christi and Texas Southern may not be the most anticipated game of all time, but it does feature some of the wildest jerseys in college hoops history.
Corpus-Christi is certainly proud of its city, so much so that it put the skyline across its jerseys. The photo below really shows off just how detailed the skyline is across the front of the jersey.
While the Islanders are wearing their black jerseys against Texas Souther, they have the same threads in white as well.
The threads are certainly eye-catching. You could make the argument that Corpus-Christi’s jerseys are some of the coolest in college hoops history, or the absolute worst.
College basketball fans took notice of the Islanders’ jerseys and shared their opinions on Twitter:

The A&M Corpus Christi jerseys are like the Mavs' thirds with the skyline of Dallas above the word 'Dallas.' Plus it's the Mavs' tri-colors of green, blue and white.

If you can put the awe-inspiring skyline of Corpus Christi on a basketball jersey, you simply have to do it.
