The Tiger Woods vs ex-GF Erica Herman legal battle has just taken an interesting turn.

In new legal docs reportedly filed by Tiger Woods‘ lawyers, Tiger is denying that he had any sort of oral agreement with Erica Herman over her tenancy.

According to TMZ, in new legal docs filed by Tiger Woods’ team there was no written or oral agreement about her living there. An excerpt TMZ published from the legal docs says:

“During their relationship, Mr. Woods invited Ms. Herman to live with him as his guest in the Residence. Mr. Woods never negotiated an oral tenancy agreement with Ms. Herman. Nor was there ever a written tenancy agreement between Mr. Woods or the Trust, on the one hand, and Ms. Herman, on the other hand. Mr. Woods never transferred to Ms. Herman any ownership interest in or rights of possession to the Residence.”

After it was revealed that Erica Herman was seeking to invalidate the NDA (more on that below) it was also revealed she sued him for $30 million in December.

This story exploded out of nowhere last week when it was reported that Erica Herman was seeking to invalidate an NDA she signed in 2017. She believes under the Federal Speak Out Act the NDA is invalid.

The Federal Speak Out Act is a law that “prohibits the judicial enforceability of a nondisclosure clause or nondisparagement clause agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment in violation of federal, tribal, or state law.”

Later came details that Tiger Woods had allegedly tricked her into leaving the house by having her believe they were going on vacation so she’d pack a bag and then locking her out after she left his mansion, a mansion that is partly owned by his trust.

A recent report in People claims that Tiger Woods “is livid” over this lawsuit. It also claims their relationship “deteriorated” following his car accident.

Their unnamed source claims Tiger Woods was “getting restless” prior to his accident but the relationship “deteriorated further after he recovered from the accident.”
