On Tuesday, it was revealed that Topps gave Tom Brady got his own Montreal Expos baseball card. (Yes, you read that right.)

Naturally, Eli Manning immediately trolled him into oblivion.

Brady is the recipient of his own baseball trading card due to the fact that he was drafted in the 18th round by the Montreal Expos as a left-handed-hitting catcher with power way back in 1995. Expos general manager Kevin Malone even said TB12 had the potential to be “one of the greatest catchers ever.”

The card is a part of a new Bowman Draft 2023 promotion as well as part of a Dream Draft Picks set.

Brady revealed the card with a tongue-in-cheek video retrospective of his Major League Baseball “career” featuring former Expos greats Vladimir Guerrero, Larry Walker and Pedro Martinez. (Yep, the Expos could have been really good had they kept all the guys who went to Hall of Fame careers, like Randy Johnson, for another example.)

The numbers he put up as a baseball player look vaguely familiar don’t they?

23 years, 7 World Series titles, 3-time MVP, 5-time World Series MVP, 15-time All-Star, 649 home runs.

Oh, and two losses to the Giants in the World Series, of course. (That’s where Eli comes in…)

Tom Brady even got his own Hall of Fame plaque in this alternate sports universe.

Oh yeah, you can also purchase your very own Tom Brady numbers 12 Montreal Expos jersey because of course you can.

So, who will be the next fake baseball card featuring a star be in the Bowman Dream Draft Picks set?

Keep in mind, Cleveland Indians legend Ricky Vaughan already got his.

Based on current events, it is a pretty good bet that Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce is going to get one of these too. (And if he doesn’t then Topps will have really dropped the bag.)

He was a pretty good ballplayer back in the day too.
