While NFL fans sit around and contemplate whether or not Tom Brady is truly retired, the future Hall of Famer is reportedly trying to move on with his life.
That not only applies to football, but also his life away from the field.
Brady and his (ex) wife of 13 years, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, notoriously split following his shock return to play in 2022.
Bundchen has been open about their divorce, discussing it all in a cover story for Vanity Fair.
“You give everything you got to achieve your dream,” she said of the their split. “You give a hundred percent of yourself, and it’s heartbreaking when it doesn’t end up the way you hoped for, and worked for, but you can only do your part.”
She also claims that Brady’s return to football wasn’t the determining factor in the split.
“What’s been said is one piece of a much bigger puzzle,” she explained.
Bundchen said she still rooted for Brady on and off the field.
“Listen, I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever,” she said. “If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me. I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That’s what I want, really, from the bottom of my heart.”
Tom Brady ‘Done With Models’
Brady, meanwhile, has not said much of the divorce.
Though a new report from Radar Online claims Brady is “done with models’ after his marriage with Bundchen.
“After Gisele, Tom is done with models,” a source told the website, stating that Brady wanted to remain low-key in his next relationship
“Gisele still knows everyone in the modeling industry, and the last thing he needs is his ex-wife involved in his future love life,” the source said.
Good luck with that one, Tom. Pretty hard to stay low-profile as the most famous NFL quarterback of all-time. But hey, you can’t blame a guy for trying.
